Mondays 9am - 10am
Thursdays 8am – 9am
Cost: £4 per class or £6 per week
Qigong is a practice that incorporates breathing techniques and specific movements and postures to balance body and mind, increase our internal awareness, strengthen and clean our external and internal bodies and to calm the mind and emotions.

Cymdeithas Llandudoch have now received a second award for the environment project to remove 18 acres of invasive Himalayan Balsam. The National Park Award was presented to Cymdeithas Llandudoch by the Chair of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority at the 'Local Hero' Awards organised by Radio Pembrokeshire on Friday 10th February.
