The Coach House cafe has an ambience that reflects the tranquillity of the abbey site. Customers can enjoy the simple but delicious food. The menu has been devised with a certain number of central guiding principles:

• We are committed to supporting wherever possible the large number of excellent food producers that we have in the area.
• Our suppliers are selected not only for the quality of their produce but also their own commitment to ethical food production.
• Wherever possible we source organic producers that use largely local ingredients and we attempt as far as possible to eliminate unnecessary road miles.
• We have certain non-negotiable criteria for our suppliers- they must demonstrate a commitment to supporting the local economy and have sustainable working practices, there is no compromise with regards to the to quality of the produce and last but not least they must produce food that tastes delicious.
