Volunteers

At the heart of the Hanes Llandoch activities are our volunteers. People who do everything from helping to organise fund raising events, engaging in discussions with officers of funding bodies, mobilise people in the community to staff events and provide manpower to keep the Coach House Centre functioning seamlessly.
The time that volunteers spend working within Hanes Llandoch contributes to the match-funding of grants from charitable bodies. Volunteers are therefore asked to complete timesheets.

You don't need to be mad to volunteer - but it helps!
We still need more volunteers to:
- act as trustees
- provide skilled services such as carpentry, secretarial support, financial and managerial advice and writing funding applications
- staff the reception area and cafe at times of high demand
- assist with site issues for special event
- support coffee mornings and other community functions
- prepare the rolling exhibitions
- collect and provide historical data through research
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer or a “friend” of Hanes Llandoch and assisting in the exciting work we are undertaking then please contact Nia Siggins, Centre-Coordinator, at the Coach House or phone on 01239.615389.
